HISTORICAL BACKGROUND AND VISION OF COMPULTENSE
COMPULTENSE INTERNATIONAL
is a firm specializing in Appraisal, Consultancy, and
Strategies in the area of International Exchanges,
Institutional Marketing, Communication and advertisement,
event organizing, New Technologies and Information System,
Continuing Professional Education, and Human Resources
Development
COMPULTENSE INTERNATIONAL
was created in October 1999 in Cote d’Ivoire through the
will of a group of multidisciplinary African executives, of
various nationalities, and of both genders. The company was
formed based on a precise vision
In this
world marked by globalization and its irreversible
consequences, that is, global integration of spaces,
activities, and markets, COMPULTENSE INTERNATIONAL
intends to play -- for the benefit of African economies in
particular and that of the South in general -- the strategic
role of a “pusher” by providing those economies with
its competences in order to give them all chances of success
to bloom among the world’s nations. The world itself is
consolidating on a daily basis and also being marked by a
tough and free competition based on the quality and
competitiveness of the products and services offered
The
imaginative and innovative vision of COMPULTENSE
INTERNATIONAL mainly consists in implementing -- for the
benefit of the economies of the South in general and that of
Africa in particular, within the framework of the
partnership between the public and private sectors, which is
heartily called for by the new approach of the world economy
-- a new and specific touch for sustainable development,
attracting of riches, and the fight against poverty through
:

the design, implementation, and
follow-up/evaluation of multiple actions everywhere,
favoring on one hand the economic, trade, and cultural
exchanges between countries and African sub-regional and
regional groupings, and on the other hand between Africa and
the rest of the world within the new global framework

the professional organization of economic,
trade, social, cultural, and sporting events of
international scope
3.
the technical contribution to the reinforcing
of the popularization in Africa of the use of New
Information and Communications Technologies, as well as
their quick adaptation to the cultural and common habits of
the countries of the South
4.
the committed involvement in the valorization
and the reinforcement on a regular basis of the operational
capacities of Human Resources in the South in general, and
in Africa in particular
Nowadays,
the development of intra and inter community economic,
trade, social, cultural, and sports relations being strongly
recommended within the framework of the global objectives of
the millennium set by the international community and
especially backed by well-known international organizations
such as the WTO, UNCTAD, the COMMONWEALTH, the International
Francophone Organization, the EU, the CTI (Committee on
Trade and Development) of Geneva, the AU (African Union),
the AEC, NEPAD, etc
Through its
vision, COMPULTENSE INTERNATIONAL intends to bring
its modest contribution to the building of a strong African
economy through development, for a better revenue
distribution and a lasting fight against poverty on this
